This is a class focused on teaching the basics of gymnastics. Students will learn the skills needed to perform: forward rolls, backward rolls, hand-stands, cartwheels, flexibility exercises and coordination routines. Students must have the ability to listen to and follow directions in order to participate in this class.
Advanced Tots: 45 minutes
Age 3-5 years

This is an intermediate level class designed to transition advanced students into our Power Tumbling I class. Students will build upon skills learned in the Tumbling Tots class, including: forward rolls, backward rolls, hand-stands, carwheels, flexibility exercises and coordination routines. Students who master these skills will be recommended for Power Tumbling I.
Power Tumbling I: 60 minutes
Age 5-8 years

This class is a continuation of teaching basic power tumbling and gymnastic skills. Skills taught in Power Tumbling I include: forward rolls, backward rolls, straddle rolls, handstands, carwheels, back-bend kick-overs, back walk-overs, flexibility, coordination, conditioning and hard work.
Power Tumbling II: 60 minutes
Age 9-12 years (or teacher approval)

This class is a continuation of Power Tumbling I where students' skills will be refined and built upon. Skills taught in Power Tumbling II include: forward rolls, backward rolls, straddle rolls, handstands, cartwheels, back-bend kick-overs, back walk-overs, flexibility, coordination, conditioning and hard work.
Competition/Advanced Tumbling: 3 hours per day, 2 days per week
Coach approval required to participate in this class

This is a class designed for students who have mastered the skills taught in Power Tumbling II and are ready to improve upon those skills. Students will work toward competition and will focus their energy on acquiring the skills necessary to perform at a competition level. Students will master the following: backhand-springs, round-off backhand-spring, ariel, standing tuck, backwalk-overs, combining backhand-spring and tuck, whips, combination for the floor competition, improving flexibility, improving coordination, conditioning, and even more hard work!
